Cancellation Policy

You do not ever have to cancel appointments! Simple RESCHEDULE! We have a very flexible rescheduling policy and system. You can reschedule for another day/time over the next... TWO YEARS. That's right! Once you've paid your session(s) are yours to use as you wish ... next week, next month, or next year. ** Note: the system will accept all changes / rescheduling up to TWO hours before the start of your appointment. After that the appointment is considered ON as your coach's time is blocked off for you and they are waiting whether you turn up or not.
